The Bell Z20 MIPS helmet has everything that modern helmet technology can offer. The shell is made with an In-Mold process consisting of two layers of different density EPS foam to optimize impact absorption properties, additional protection is provided by MIPS. The Float Fit Race fit system ensures a perfect fit, while many other features like the Sweat Guide cushioning design significantly increase comfort.

MIPS®
MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) is a unique technology that protects the brain in the event of a diagonal impact. The principle of the natural low friction layer of the brain is adapted to minimize the forces exerted.

Progressive Layering
Dual-Density foam construction with softer material close to the head helps distribute impact forces better and, at the same time, allows designers to create more and larger ventilation holes.

In-Mold ™ construction
With the In-Mold construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell joins the EPS inner shell to absorb impact in one step during the manufacturing process. This makes the helmet even stronger, without additional weight. This production process also enables significantly better ventilation and opening systems to be formed.

No-Twist Tri-Glides ™
It is all a matter of detail. The harness system is easy to adjust, keeps straps flat and prevents twisting, which also helps take a few watts out of the wind.

X-Static® Padding
The X-Static pads are woven with silver threads. Quick drying and antibacterial, they act against the formation of odors. In addition, X-Static pads provide the driver with a feeling of freshness in hot weather and a feeling of warmth in cold weather thanks to their thermal properties.

Float Fit Race
The new Bell Float Fit Race ™ was developed for a custom fit for maximum performance. The adjustment system connects seamlessly to MIPS and offers maximum adjustment possibilities in height, padding width and perimeter.
