The SRAM AXS Rival Series Electronic Shifter with eTap Shift Logic is an entry-level aluminum cage model for road and gravel riders. It shifts on 12-speed cassettes up to 36T reliably and discreetly and keeps the chain in place.

Use the AXS app to customize the shift behavior to your preferences and evaluate your shift actions. X-Sync™ gears with steel bearings are resistant to dirt.

AXS is SRAM's new electronic integration platform, combining bike electronics with software. The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, change component behavior, adjust controls, receive maintenance reminders, and update firmware.

eTap™ :
SRAM's eTap is simple, unambiguous and intuitive switching logic. With the left shifter you shift the system in to a larger cog, with the right shifter out to a smaller cog. With the gear lever pressed, you can directly change various gears. Simultaneously depressing both shifters causes derailleur movement on 2-speed rear derailleurs.

X-Sync™ :
The X-Sync tooth design features long, rounded and angled tooth edges with a narrow profile. Shift rollers with X-Sync technology support the chain guide and are unfazed by dust and mud.
