Castelli uses the best chamois and applies a short that guarantees excellent support and muscle compression. You feel free thanks to the reduced number of panels and seams. The legs are built with only 5 panels compared to 10 in the previous generation. And thanks to the perfected Progetto X2 Air Seamless chamois constructed with two separate layers.

The skin care layer is elastic and soft against the skin to prevent irritation, and the cushioning layer, with dual-density foam and breathable gel panels, ensures progressive cushioning. You will feel free thanks to the most minimalist shorts you have ever seen in a shorts. They're made from open-cell fabric to ensure ventilation and have a gusset on the upper back to keep them flat. The back straps are made of mesh fabric to keep the body cool. They are designed with a minimalist construction, but ensure enough support to keep the shorts in place. Castelli has applied a pocket in the center of the back of the shorts.

It's the first high-end bib short that doesn't require silicone at the bottom of the leg to hold it in place.
