The new BOA IP-1 winder has a triple functionality: to close the right shoe the rotor must be turned clockwise and to open it it must be turned counterclockwise, the opposite occurs with the left shoe. Raise the rotor to fully open the shoe. The new BOA IP1 rotor has a hexagonal shape, which, together with the rubber finish, makes the grip more effective and with an optimal fit.
