By design, the Wave platform provides equal medial (internal) and lateral (external) stability with a centralized point of cushioning. This technology gives Mizuno shoes great lightness, which is essential for runners of all distances.

Having a well-fitting base is just as important as getting good cushioning in a running shoe. Developed by the revolutionary SOZO STUDIO, the DynamotionFit allows the perfect interaction of the shoe with the movements of the foot, giving it adjustment and support in order to provide greater stability. In this way, the risk of injury is reduced to a minimum, since the greater the stability, the lower the stress on the joints.
