The Adidas Terrex Agravic Xt sneakers maintain their shoe philosophy for, but this new model is for more technical terrain
The difference is that the new Adidas Terrex Agravic XT incorporate a kind of external skeleton in the upper, it is a much harder fabric, which gives much more support to the shoe. In fact, from mid-foot to the heel, the upper is covered with a heat seal that protects, while holding the foot.
The sole of the Adidas Terrex Agravic XT is kept from the Continental compound , with aggressive 4.5mm studs , which make it a shoe with a good bite , which will go very well for broken and greasy terrain , without being specific for it.
The midsole is a combination of EVA and Boost: firmness and stability with the touch of cushioning and good Boost feel.
The drop is funny: 7mm (16.5mm / 9.5mm), an unusual number for sneakers.
They come with a Protection Plate in midsole, a protective plate to avoid stones, etc ...
The new Adidas Terrex Agravic XT weighs 355 grams (the Boost and the powerful full Continental sole are largely to blame).
