WHY WE RECOMMEND BETA FUEL DUAL SOURCE ENERGY GEL
Endurance athletes (whose championships often last more than two hours) need to eat between 80 and 120 g of carbohydrates per hour. Science in Sport Beta Fuel Dual Source Energy Gel provides 40g of optimized carbohydrates in a single, convenient isotonic refueling solution with minimal risk of gastrointestinal upset, allowing the athlete to maintain optimal performance.
HOW AND WHEN TO USE BETA FUEL DUAL SOURCE ENERGY GEL
Each gel contains 40 g of carbohydrates. Depending on the sport or sporting event, the goal should be to consume more than 1-3 gels each hour during exertion to reach the target intake of 80-120g. In some circumstances, such as when the weather is cold, it may be necessary to consume more. Just pull the top of the container, bring it up to your mouth and squeeze to extract the contents when you need it and as much as you need.
