The Saucony Kinvara 14 running shoes continue along the lines of a construction focused on prioritizing midfoot and forefoot technique and with less prominent upper finishes to promote each runner's technique.

This 14 version has interesting changes but always keeping its DNA. It maintains the 4mm drop so characteristic that makes it a unique but special model at the same time.

SOLE

A sole with very few protections that directly shows the foam so that the impact against the asphalt is softer and more pleasant. Obviously, this experience is intended for the very light and technical rider.

The midsole maintains the PwrRun as the main foam, but increases its profiles to provide greater protection. In the insole, as we have seen in almost all Saucony models, a PwrRun+ base is incorporated to protect and offer an extra point of comfort during the transition of the foot.

UPPER

In the upper we have a new mesh mesh similar to the one we have in the Endorphin Pro 3 , and which will prioritize not only lightness, but obviously, the breathability of the foot. In addition, there are no structures or materials along this fabric that limit the movement of the foot or can correct it.

CONCLUSIONS

The Saucony Kinvara 14 is a shoe aimed at light-medium weight runners, for daily training as long as you have good running technique and at the same time, be in favor of this more flexible and natural style of shoe .

Intended for short and medium distance races given its initial demand, but once we get used to it we could do a greater distance.
