For orders exceeding €100, shipping is typically provided free of charge, except as noted in the attached table.
The pricing of products is as indicated in the currency displayed alongside each product on our Website.
Shipping costs are not covered in the product price and are borne by the customer, unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
These shipping fees will be appended to the total cost of the selected products. Customers can review these costs at any time in the shopping basket before they confirm their order and complete the purchase process.
The sales prices listed on our website include VAT.
TRIGEASPORTS S.L. reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, any aspect it considers necessary. This includes the possibility of frequent updates to products or prices. The price applicable to any purchase request made by the customer will be the one in effect at the time the General Conditions of Purchase are accepted.
Upon successful verification of the purchase process, TRIGEASPORTS will deliver the products to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure, during normal business hours, under the following conditions:
- Orders placed after 13:00h CET will be processed the next business day.
- For payments made via bank transfer, the delivery timeframe will commence from the moment payment is validated.
Delivery Address Modifications
Customers may change the delivery address provided the order status is "Pending shipment". TRIGEASPORTS is not liable for errors or damages during delivery if the delivery address entered is incorrect, does not exist, or the criteria for address modification are not met.
Multiple Shipments
TRIGEASPORTS may deliver products in several shipments.

VAT and Customs Information
Charges for EU and UK Recipients
For orders shipped within the EU and UK, VAT is included in the product prices displayed on our website.
Charges for Non-EU Recipients
Orders shipped outside the European Union are not subject to VAT or sales tax by us. However, they may incur customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are collected by the courier directly, and vary by product category and declared value. We advise consulting your local Customs office for detailed information.
Customs Charges Liability
Customers are fully responsible for any parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will be deducted from any refund due.
Products marked with "Immediate Delivery" or "Immediate Shipping" are available in our warehouse and ready for dispatch.
Products listed with delivery times of 3 to 5 days, or longer, depend on the availability from our network of official suppliers and manufacturers. While we regularly confirm stock availability with our suppliers, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, our customer service team will keep you updated promptly.
Important Delivery Information
IMPORTANT: Your order will be dispatched only when all items in the order are available for shipping. If any product has a longer delivery time, please do not select the 24-hour delivery option.
