Main Features SIS Beta Fuel 80 Powder 82g

SIS Beta Fuel 80 Powders provide 80g of optimized carbohydrates in a single convenient isotonic solution. It is perfect for endurance athletes.

Optimized Carbs: SIS Beta Fuel 80

1:0.8 MALTODEXTRIN:FRUCTOSE
80G CARBON HYDRATES PER SERVING
ISOTONIC FORMULATION

As an endurance athlete, which means your events typically last more than two hours, you need to eat between 80 and 120g of carbohydrates per hour. The dual-source energy drink provides 80g of optimized carbohydrates in a single, convenient isotonic solution to refuel with minimal risk of gastrointestinal upset to help you maintain optimal performance.

A 1:0.8 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose increases the percentage of ingested carbohydrate that is oxidized (known as efficiency) from 62% to 74% compared to a 2:1 ratio. It also reduces self-reported symptoms of stomach fullness.

Through a Performance Solutions team, SIS worked closely with elite athletes in the research and development of the new Beta Fuel range to bring you scientifically superior fuel in a range of formats that allow you to use +17% more carbohydrates

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

One packet of Beta Fuel Energy Drink contains one serving (82g) of powder. Pour the mixed formula into 600 ml of water and shake to dissolve. As simple as that.

Drink little and often during prolonged endurance exercise.
Use one powder packet per hour or combine with Beta Fuel Gels or Chew Bar to reach 80-120g carbohydrate intake per hour.
