The R8050 presents a much more dynamic and elegant aesthetic line, and has the latest Dura-Ace technologies, such as Synchro Shift and Semi Synchro Shift, thanks to which you can configure the relationship between the sprockets and the chainrings to your liking. whenever you change gear (customizable via the E-Tube app on your computer, tablet or smartphone).

The Ultegra Di2 rear derailleur adopts the Shadow design of the high-end models to go under the cassette, well protected from possible shocks. For its part, the front derailleur has a more compact structure and guarantees very fast chainring changes.

The aesthetic and ergonomic lines of the Dual Control levers are inspired by the Dura-Ace R9100, while the interior technology has been revised to improve the quality of the gear changes. A clearer spacing between the shift buttons improves operation and makes it more intuitive.

Each change has the multi-shift option enabled or disabled. They include upper remote change buttons, useful for controlling electronic devices such as GPS (Garmin).
