2. You can use PayPal for payments without creating a PayPal account. This option does not retain your details after the purchase, with a limit of 10 transactions without an account.

If you encounter errors during the payment process, here are some steps to take:

• If redirected to an error page or if you do not receive a confirmation email from us, check your 365rider account to see if the order was created. If not, please contact us with your order details.
• If you experience issues with your PayPal account such as restrictions or missing funding sources, you might need to contact PayPal directly or use a different card.
• If your payment is rejected by PayPal, please resolve the issue with PayPal and contact us to retry processing your order.
• For error messages related to risk models, please address these with PayPal. If unable to resolve, consider changing your payment method to direct card payments on 365rider and contact us for assistance.
