SiS REGO Rapid Recovery is a product designed for complete recovery to be taken immediately after exercise. Contains a blend of carbohydrates, whey protein, BCAAs, L-Glutamine with vitamins and minerals. The rapid recovery of glycogen stores and protein supply allows you to get the most out of your training and prepare for the next session.

How and when to use it:

REGO Rapid Recovery + is used within 30 minutes after the end of exercise.
