This is the world's first energy gel. This is a bold statement, however, from a technical perspective, traditional gels are water and carbohydrates mixed into syrups, which often contain added flavors and preservatives. The GEL 100 is completely different. It is a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique combination of fructose and glucose (0.8:1 ratio) that allows the uptake of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

GEL 100 has been created based on hydrogel technology and built with six natural ingredients. It contains no dyes or preservatives and comes in 40g portions containing 60% carbohydrates, which represents a high weight-to-energy ratio.

AMOUNT OF ENERGY

Studies have shown that our bodies can use up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. It has recently been scientifically proven that the glucose to fructose ratio of 0.8:1 allows for even greater absorption - up to 100 grams per hour. GEL 100 has been developed using this ratio, so it provides a lot of energy. One serving contains 25 grams of carbohydrates.
