Its design does not use rigid materials to achieve a shoe with great cushioning and lightness. Its upper fabric is completely different from the previous model, being more breathable.

● Simplified upper, lighter, breathable and with greater structural support

● Midsole with early stage Meta-Rocker geometry for soft support

● Firmer J-Frame EVA technology midsole, offering low weight support

● Technical geometry in the midfoot area, providing inherent stability

● Outsole with rubber reinforcements at strategic points to increase durability

● Sole on the heel: 29 mm

● Sole in forefoot: 24 mm

Technologies:

● Meta-Rocker Geometry

Midsoles with this design offer little difference between heel and toe. The outsoles are recessed at the heel and toe for a unique leverage effect to help guide the foot during the run. This design offers naturalness to the runner, a comfortable reduction of impacts and improves the efficiency of the race.

● J-Frame

This sole technology is designed to broaden the active sole of the foot during the run. Provides support and protection while guiding the foot without using rigid and harmful materials. Hoka One One has baptized its advantages as Dynamic Stability. These soles protect the foot from over pronation and give the runner stability without losing cushioning or gaining weight.
