For these shoes we've taken a disciplined approach to simplicity to deliver the pure road riding experience you've come to expect from fizik, from epic big-mountain rides to granfondos and beyond.

SIMPLY SUPPORT

The sleek upper uses a durable polyurethane laminate material combined with comfortable mesh, resulting in reduced performance while providing durable foot support where it's needed most. Fit is convenient and quick to adjust with a single, bi-directional Li2 BOA® dial.

POWERFUL AND RESPONSIVE

At the base, the carbon fiber composition of the R2 sole saves weight and provides increased stiffness, with a stiffness index of 10, making this the most responsive sole in the fizik range. A wide air intake and deep internal channeling provide a flow of cooling air to help regulate temperature. The cleat position is slightly further back compared to traditional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression, especially suitable for very aggressive and forward aero positions.
