The Metaspeed Sky is perfect for short distances, fast-paced training or races and advanced-level runners. It incorporates a full carbon plate that improves stability when driving forward, and in addition to the energetic efficiency it provides.

The midsole is made of Flytefoam Asics material, the lightest of the Asics brand with excellent compression and a very reactive take off. The shape of the sole is curved to reduce flexion of the ankle, giving a little sway, and saving energy. Finally, the upper incorporates Engineered mesh technology that allows good air flow in addition to the comfort and softness it provides.
