A comfortable trail running shoe that is suitable for many running kilometres on rough terrain. The shoe has very good cushioning that is not too soft and thus provides a lot of surefootedness on demanding trails.

New Balance Hierro V6 Green Shoes

The Fresh Foam Hierro from New Balance is already available in its sixth generation. TPU fibres are incorporated into the upper of the Hierro 6 in key areas to strengthen the structure of the shoe and increase protection.

Laser perforations add breathability. The bootie construction of the upper pleasantly encloses the heel for a good and firm hold. As with the previous model, the midsole is made from New Balance's lightweight Fresh Foam cushioning, which is pleasantly responsive and not too soft.

This would not be particularly good for an all-terrain shoe, as the cushioning should be less soft than in shoes for hard, paved surfaces. The outsole comes from specialist Vibram, which contributes a sole with Megagrip compound for excellent traction for this trailrunning shoe.

The tread is not too rough, but sufficient to withstand any terrain. The sole also features extra technology that protects the feet from rocks, roots and scree.
